Paxal's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Any outstanding fees will become immediately payable upon termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
