Donations to our AI Cattle Monitoring Project are entirely voluntary and discretionary. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Donations are non-refundable and will be used solely for the development of the AI project.
  • While we are committed to project success, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or returns.
  • All contributions directly support our technological research and development efforts.

Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa:

  • Email addresses collected will be used exclusively for project notifications.
  • We will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
  • Opt-out mechanisms for email communications will be provided in future communications.
  • Your data will be stored securely and processed in compliance with POPIA regulations.
