It's a first draft built automatically from your answers: texts and photos are placeholders until we replace them with yours, so please don't rely on it or share it as your finished website. Previews stop working after 60 days. Quotes shown with a preview are valid for 30 days.

Legal pages (privacy, terms) don't count as pages. Extra pages are R650 each. Your admin panel shows what you've used, and asks you to upgrade before you go over.
Quotes and payment
All prices are in South African Rand. Website subscriptions have no setup fee and are billed monthly in advance from launch (or yearly upfront). Outright website builds require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Website subscriptions
A website subscription includes building your website, hosting, security, the care level of your plan and your .co.za web address, for one monthly price. The minimum term is 12 months from launch; after that it runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months of that term are payable. Your content and domain stay yours: if you leave, we export your content and transfer the domain to you. The design and the website engine stay Paxal's while you subscribe; you can buy the design outright at any time for the build price on our pricing page.
Scope and revisions
Each build includes the revision rounds listed for that plan. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it's done, never after.
Your content
You're responsible for having the rights to content you give us (text, photos, logos). We're responsible for the design and code we create.
Ownership
For outright builds, once paid in full, your content, domain and the design created for you are yours. The underlying website engine and admin panel remain Paxal's and are licensed to you for as long as the site is hosted with us. If you leave, we'll export your content and help you move.
Hosting and availability
We work hard to keep sites online and fast, target 99% uptime, and keep daily backups. We aren't liable for losses caused by outages outside our reasonable control.
Cancelling
Yearly plans are paid upfront and include 2 months free. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term, then run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Agriculture pricing
1. Agriculture prices are a discount that Paxal chooses to offer. They are not our standard price list. The standard prices on the Pricing page apply to everyone else.
2. They are for businesses whose main income comes from farming or agriculture: farms, agricultural suppliers, implement makers and farming co-ops. We may ask for proof, such as a farm or business registration, a VAT or tax number linked to an agricultural activity, or a recent invoice.
3. We offer them because Paxal started in Standerton, a farming area. Farm income comes in by season, and we want farms to have a proper website without paying city prices. Agriculture sites also show our work to other farms.
4. We decide who qualifies. We can refuse the discount, or change or stop it for new orders at any time. A price you have already accepted in a signed quote or invoice stays as agreed for the term stated on it.
5. The discount cannot be combined with other offers. It cannot be transferred to another business, or used to buy for a business that does not qualify.
6. If a business got the discount on information that turns out to be wrong, we may bill the standard price from the next invoice.
7. Any other discount (for example a launch client, friend or referral rate) is agreed in writing for that client only. It does not change our prices for anyone else.

Our portfolio
We may show your business name, your website address and a screenshot of your home page in our portfolio, with a link to your site. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we remove it within 7 days. We never show your personal details, enquiries or anything from your admin panel.
